ERP Performance Testing Lead Role - Bengaluru/Hyderabad

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP performance testing lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Oracle and Siebel ERP systems, as well as hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating performance test plans, scenarios, scripts, execution, results analysis, and providing insight into potential performance issues and deliverables related to performance testing activities.

The role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues.

The chosen candidate will also be responsible for leading a team of performance engineers, clearly defining test plans, tasks, schedule, and execution of performance testing activities, and identifying performance issues prior to reaching production.

Additionally, the selected individual will partner with development teams to understand application changes and potential performance concerns and issues when creating test scenarios.

The job involves communicating and helping remediate performance issues observed during testing, working with other members in the IT organization to understand and achieve objectives, integrating performance tests in CI/CD pipeline, establishing a continuous build and test cycle, and developing high-quality performance test engineering principles, test strategies, and best practices.

The qualified candidate should have 5-7 years of performance engineering experience and proficiency in understanding testing activities and approaches in different development methodologies (Agile, Iterative and Waterfall).

Furthermore, the suitable candidate should be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment, mentor and coach QA staff on testing best practices, provide input and direction on continuous process and procedure improvements to mitigate risk and enhance performance engineering processes and standards.
