Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned banking professional to support the customization and production support for our core banking system.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the banking domain and experience in multiple modules including core, loans, trade finance, payments, and treasury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our banking system by providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs.
  • Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Capable of troubleshooting APIs and Java-based extensions within the system.
  • Manage end-of-day/end-of-business operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in banking and financial systems as a techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding of the banking domain process and universal banking base.
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge on banking system development workbench for direct and mobile banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
