Customer Service Leader

About the Position:
- We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the efficient operation of our department.
- The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management, and a minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader Captain in a hotel or large restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in the day-to-day running of the department, aligning with corporate strategies and brand standards.
- To maintain high standards of service and quality while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
- To collaborate with the Outlet Manager to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, adhering to the outlet's operating concept and international standards.
- To contribute to the financial success of the outlet by making informed decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader Captain in a hotel or large restaurant.
