We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Lead to manage our international projects in Chennai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. You should also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide small to medium-sized development teams.

A successful Agile Project Lead will be able to:

  • Develop and implement effective project plans, focusing on iterative and flexible delivery;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination;
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on project timelines;
  • Maintain accurate project metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share knowledge and best practices.

You must be fluent in English and have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.):
  • Experience with leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams;
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
  • Fluent in English.
