Sourcing Manager Real Estate Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to spearhead our real estate sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience in sourcing real estate with developers and mandate firms, demonstrating a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with walk-in customers to understand their property needs, providing personalized service and solutions.
  • Manage extensive client relations exercises, liaising deals between stakeholders, while cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads and repeat business.
  • Stay updated with the real estate market, gathering market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Achieve targets set by the organization through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Drive sales through various marketing initiatives, leveraging digital channels and other mediums.
  • Ensure regular product and price updates to channel partners, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the sale of all properties, considering market trends and customer preferences.
  • Handle direct enquiries from advertising and hoardings, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales transactions with interested clientele, ensuring successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Confident and articulate individual with a pleasant personality, excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in real estate sourcing, with a proven track record of success.
