Fashion Product Coordinator

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain management process for various marquee brands. This includes forecasting, design, sampling, and manufacturing.
Your role will involve creating production schedules and timelines, ensuring that orders are executed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for preparing production files, conducting pre-production meetings with quality teams, and coordinating with buyers to clarify any issues during production.
- You will be required to create detailed production schedules, taking into account the order flow and responsibilities of each team member.
- You will need to prepare comprehensive production files, including documents, approvals, samples, and comments from buyers.
- You will conduct pre-production meetings with relevant teams to finalize style construction details, production plans, and product compliance documentation.
- You will be responsible for approving printing, embroidery, and other subcontracting work.
- You will need to ensure that orders are executed on time and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- You will coordinate with shipping and documentation departments to forward approved shipments.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in fashion management or garment manufacturing technology from a reputable institution.
- Experience working with MS Office is highly desirable.
