IT Project Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive IT Project Coordinator to spearhead our technology initiatives and ensure seamless project execution from conception to completion.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be the central hub connecting stakeholders, managing timelines, and driving projects to successful outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and management to deliver IT solutions that align with our organizational objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to define clear requirements, scope, and objectives that support business goals
  • Orchestrate internal and external resources to keep projects on track, within budget, and meeting quality standards
  • Monitor project progress and proactively adjust timelines or scope to optimize results
  • Prepare and deliver compelling progress updates to management and key stakeholders
  • Facilitate seamless communication between team members, vendors, and clients
  • Schedule and lead project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and vendor coordination calls
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests
  • Track and report project risks, outcomes, and escalation items through appropriate channels
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of hands-on project coordination experience
  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating teams and managing client relationships
  • Demonstrated success working in corporate environments across all management levels
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Experience with project management software and methodologies
  • Background in Agile or similar project management frameworks
