Senior Finance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Finance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing share transfers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will also be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting audit processes.
Furthermore, you will assist in preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and presenting findings to management.
Additionally, you will adhere to internal control systems, company policies, and applicable laws/regulations, and establish best practices for finance operations.
Key Qualifications- Mandatory: CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
