Job Title: UAV Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead the conceptual and detailed design of UAV airframes and sub-systems.

• Design, develop and implement innovative solutions for UAV airframe and sub-systems.
• Conduct aerodynamic analysis and optimization of UAV configurations using advanced computational tools.
• Lead the development of structural components and assemblies using composite and lightweight materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UAV systems.
• Validate design performance through structural and thermal analysis (FEA, CFD).
• Participate in UAV prototyping, assembly, ground testing, and flight trials.
• Document design processes and support regulatory compliance for airworthiness.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in UAV or aircraft design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, NX).
• Strong understanding of aerodynamics, flight mechanics, and structural design principles.
• Experience with composite materials and UAV fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping, 3D printing, and manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in aerospace engineering, including but not limited to, aerodynamics, propulsion systems, structural integrity, and materials science.

The selected candidate will work closely with our R&D team to design, develop, and test cutting-edge UAV systems.
