Job Title:

Seeking Experienced Taxation Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare complex tax workpapers and returns for partnerships, encompassing federal and state jurisdictions.
  • Develop and prepare Federal and State tax returns for Corporate Taxation (1120 /1120S).
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored tax strategies that align with their needs and goals.
  • Provide expertise in Subchapter K rules and their application in taxation.
  • Conduct research and identify key tax issues and planning opportunities throughout the year.
  • Mentor junior staff and assist clients in implementing accounting systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ensure proficiency in CCH, CaseWare, and internal tools.
