Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and ML pipelines
  • Implement core components for in-house AI agents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage collective knowledge and skills
  • Create multi-agent AI workflows for automated investment analysis and improve system scalability
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques for large-scale language models
  • Develop secure authentication and data access controls to protect sensitive financial information
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field of study
  • Strong programming fundamentals in Python, including data structures and algorithms
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in software engineering or equivalent field
  • Genuine curiosity about AI technology and its applications in finance
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome complex challenges
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
  • Detail-oriented approach to handling sensitive financial data and ensuring accuracy
