Job Opportunity: AI Engineer

The role of the Generative AI Engineer is to create, develop, and implement artificial intelligence solutions that enhance business processes and improve self-service applications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Solution Development:
  • Create automation solutions using Gen-AI and LLMs to streamline business processes and boost efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Gen-AI and ML-based models for conversational bots.
  • Implement advanced algorithms and models to refine the performance and accuracy of self-service applications.
  • Integrate AI-driven automation tools with existing systems and workflows.
  • Evaluate the scalability and reliability of AI solutions in production environments.
• Research and Innovation:
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Gen-AI and ML technologies through ongoing research.
  • Experiment with new techniques and methodologies to elevate the capabilities of conversational bots.
  • Explore innovative approaches to leveraging Gen-AI and LLMs for automating complex tasks.
  • Share findings and contribute to the AI/ML community through papers, presentations, and conferences.
• Automation and Integration:
  • Identify opportunities for automating business processes using Gen-AI and LLMs.
  • Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions to optimize workflows and minimize manual intervention.
  • Collaborate with process experts to understand process requirements and design appropriate AI solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions, making necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency.
• System Integration and Support:
  • Integrate Gen-AI and ML solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
  • Evaluate the seamless deployment of AI-driven automation tools across various functions and business units.
  • Develop APIs and microservices to facilitate the integration of AI solutions with other software systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed AI solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or a relevant degree from a recognized University.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Gen-AI and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
• Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms like GCP & Azure.
• Knowledge of ML techniques: Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting Algorithm, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction / Engineering, Anomaly Deduction, Natural Language Processing (including Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling), Natural Language Generation.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
• Exposure to frameworks from LangChain.
• Experience with deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Experience in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
• Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience with voice recognition and synthesis technologies.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced ML techniques.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
