Job Overview

This position involves ongoing operation and supporting minor configuration and change requests. The Senior SuccessFactors Engineer will manage a prioritized backlog of enhancements/changes agreed with the SuccessFactors Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct minor fixes, developments/enhancements, and activate new features according to an agreed plan/roadmap for delivery into Live Service.
  • Responsible for setting systems administration requirements, communication, and system security administration to minimize risk of security breaches and other vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure that HR and Finance systems adhere to organizational processes, policies, local regulations, and guidelines.
  • Manage renewals of certificates and acts on release notes, such as changes to SSO authorization token or SSL certificate renewals.
  • Investigate & resolve technical issues. Rolling out fixes/upgrades to software as needed.
  • Ensure that Colliers 3-tier environments remain aligned and that any code or configuration changes follow Colliers standard lifecycle approach.
Requirements
  • Significant experience working with SuccessFactors Core product (Employee Central).
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform integration as well as wider integration technologies, middleware platforms, and APIs.
  • Experience of delivering integrations using SAP Technology, including Integration Suite, SuccessFactors, etc.
  • Ideally having worked with SAP for five to ten years through a combination of implementation and support roles.
  • Experience in operating (or helping to establish) a SAP centers of excellence.
  • Proven experience in application integration, preferably in a complex enterprise environment that spans both a cloud and on-premise landscape.
  • Good programming skills in at least one language (JAVA, C, C++) as well as SQL and XML.
  • Problem solving mindset. Have a systematic approach to troubleshooting integration issues, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to SAP and Integration Technologies/best practice.
