Job Overview:

We seek a visionary Chief Architect to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architectural blueprints, scalable system design, and secure coding practices.

About the Role:

  1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable plans, designing robust systems that integrate relational databases.
  2. Technical Leadership: Lead implementation efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices and guidelines, developing high-performance APIs, and writing efficient code.
  3. Integration and Testing: Integrate operational data from various sources, conduct thorough testing, and troubleshoot issues.
  4. Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, implement tuning strategies, and monitor system performance.
  5. Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical documentation, provide guidance to junior team members, and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in core application development
  • Experience leading AI application development using Python backend frameworks and multiple inferencing pipelines
  • Rapid prototyping skills and expertise in building demo-ready applications
  • Hands-on expertise with implementing vector databases on Azure cloud using AI Search and Cosmos DB vCore
  • Strong knowledge of NLP techniques, embeddings, and transformer networks

Additional Skills:

  • Sound project implementation level knowledge of Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma DB
  • Hands-on skills on embedding and fine-tuning Azure OpenAI using MLOPS/LLMOPS pipelines
