Evalueserve is a leading provider of innovative solutions to top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and asset managers. Our team specializes in global market research, working with 8 of the top 10 global banks.
As a key member of our global market research team, you will work on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting investment banking firms in tasks such as preparation of pitch books, conducting benchmarking analysis, company comparables, precedent transaction analysis, databases, screening industry studies, ad-hoc research, and handling recurring requests
- Allocating work, running quality checks on deliverables, training and guiding team members, maintaining efficiency in ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), and conducting internal client communication
- Providing effective, constructive, timely, and objective feedback to team members for their overall grooming and development
Requirements:
- About 8-12 years of relevant experience in investment banking
- Graduation from a reputed institute, MBA in finance, master's degree with majors in economics or accounting, chartered accountant, chartered financial analyst, or any equivalent degree
- Strong accounting and finance skills
- Knowledge of database tools such as FactSet, Thomson ONE, Capital IQ, Factiva, and Bloomberg
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
