Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Celebrating a decade of delivering projects with excellence, we seek a skilled project manager to lead and drive technology initiatives forward.

  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 certification required)
  • Strong project management expertise and technical acumen
  • Effective communication skills for working with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders

Key responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and testing teams
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  4. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  5. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology company
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and agile methodologies
