Key Position: Supply Chain and Operations Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Operations Consultant to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and writing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to design, develop, and test supply chain implementation projects.
  • Find effective solutions by leveraging both built-in and configurable capabilities of OMP Unison Planning.
  • Provide estimates to leaders for complex work and resource requirements.
  • Create user manuals and train users on the capability.
  • Develop winning pitches aligned to client requirements.
  • Lead business assessments and roadmaps for clients, advise on Supply Chain functionality and new features, share and shape implementation options to overcome current challenges and optimize key business processes.
  • Utilize best practices and existing operational standards to create client-specific business solutions for Supply Chain improvements.
  • Conceptualize, design, and build reusable components around supply chain practices to accelerate the development of Capability Network.

Key Requirements:

  • Expertise as a solution architect and consultant in the implementation of OMP modules including Demand planning strategy, segmentation, PLCs, statistical and interactive forecasting.
  • Operational planning, transportation and scheduling.
  • Network infrastructure design, inventory policy.
  • Sales and operational planning, scenario planning, capacity planning.
