Are you looking for a new challenge in the world of backend development? We are seeking an experienced and skilled Backend Developer to join our team.

Job Description

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using FastAPI and Django. You will build and deploy microservices from scratch, ensuring reliability and performance. You will also decide and implement the right storage solutions (SQL vs. NoSQL) depending on the use case.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of professional backend development experience with FastAPI and Django.
  • Proven experience building and scaling microservices architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and Python internals.
  • Deep understanding of database design, including when to use relational vs. non-relational DBs.
  • Hands-on experience in server optimization, performance tuning, and profiling.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and debugging tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to occasionally contribute to frontend development.
Nice to Have

The following skills are not required but would be beneficial:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Contributions to open-source or side projects showcasing backend expertise.
