About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Specialist to join our team. As an Expert Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing detailed information about our travel packages, answering customer inquiries, and handling bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving
  • Provide detailed information about our travel packages to potential customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and bookings
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil, English and Hindi
  • Experience with customer service and outbound calling
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
  • Ability to understand the nature of work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry is beneficial
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused and polite attitude
