Job Opportunity
A renowned Fortune 50 organization seeks a seasoned Agile practitioner to spearhead their Data Management Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Scrum Master roles within enterprise environments, preferably in application development, enterprise migrations, or data warehouse/data engineering Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the team through complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and navigating priorities across various departments. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Data Science, to drive project success.
Requirements:
The candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise-level software release environment. They should be well-versed in Agile and/or SAFe methodologies, with expertise in managing data engineering/data science teams, BI, data warehousing, or cloud migrations. Proficiency in ADO and basic SQL skills are essential, while experience in Azure cloud is highly desirable.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Agile certification, IT Project Manager expertise, and working knowledge of MS Azure stack are valuable assets for this role.
