Good Day Defence School is seeking a passionate English Communication Trainer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs to improve students' spoken confidence, presentation skills, and communication ability.

The role involves creating outcome-focused lesson plans, running assessment-driven workshops, and demonstrating clear progress in student confidence and communication ability. Key responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons on spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar, as well as running focused workshops on presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview bootcamps.

Candidates should have exceptional spoken and written English, strong soft-skills coaching ability, and a deep understanding of adolescent psychology. A minimum of one year classroom/training experience is preferred, along with the ability to work effectively with technology, including Google Classroom, Zoom, and presentation tools.

The successful candidate will be energetic, patient, empathetic, and outcome-focused, with a passion for improving student outcomes. They will also be comfortable working in a dynamic team environment and committed to ongoing professional development.
