Objective: To lead a team of skilled professionals in the execution of large-scale industrial construction projects.

We are seeking an experienced Civil Execution Manager to oversee site activities, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive project delivery.

  • Civil Execution & Supervision:
  • Oversight of day-to-day site execution for RCC/PEB structures, ensuring adherence to project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee quality control and safety compliance.
  • Coordination & Monitoring:
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Monitor progress, resource allocation, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies for industrial structures (RCC, PEB, foundations, utilities).
  • Proven experience in site execution, planning, and coordination.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools beneficial.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
