Job Role: Website Developer with a focus on creating functional and user-friendly websites.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer to join our team. As a web developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining functional and user-friendly websites using various platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, WooCommerce, and other popular platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand website design, functionality, and technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain websites across multiple platforms.
  • Customize and build front-end and back-end solutions including themes, plugins, and server integrations.
  • Conduct performance tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal website functionality.
  • Manage website hosting, DNS, databases, and perform timely security updates.
  • Ensure smooth project delivery from wireframe to final deployment (go-live).
  • Provide post-launch training and support to clients as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in web development.
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN) and debugging tools (Chrome Inspector, Firebug).
  • Hands-on experience with website architecture, e-commerce platforms, and UI/UX design.
  • Knowledge of DNS, hosting, databases, and backup management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused and problem-solving mindset.
