Job Title: Strategic Modeling Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Modeling Expert to support critical modeling initiatives and collaborate with business analysts, actuaries, and developers to translate business rules into VPMS logic.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize models in VP/MS (Variable Product Modeling System) for life insurance, annuities, or financial products.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, actuaries, and developers to translate business requirements into VPMS logic.
  • Quality Assurance: Debug and test models to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for developed models.
  • Deployment: Support deployment and version control of VPMS models in a production environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • VPMS Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with VP/MS modeling.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of life insurance, annuities, or financial products.
  • Scripting Skills: Ability to write, maintain, and debug VP/MS scripts and business rules.
  • Integration Skills: Familiarity with integration of VPMS with other platforms or systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.
