Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex ML projects to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement state-of-the-art research in ML and Generative AI.
  • Build and optimize deep learning and machine learning models for intricate business challenges.
  • Collaborate across teams to transform insights into scalable products.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and interns to empower them with impactful projects.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning roles.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Familiarity with tools like Langchain or LlamaIndex for LLM-based applications.
  • Ability to convert theoretical research into production-ready solutions.
