Job Title: Portfolio Performance Specialist

 

Job Description
  • Manage and execute daily work activities related to performance reporting operations.
  • Measure investment performance and asset classes.
  • Communicate with investment and money managers, custodians to gather client-specific data for reporting.
  • Review peer work and provide guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and client policies.
  • Drive process improvements.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders and team members.
  • Train and coach new hires in the team.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent. A Master's degree in finance (with accounting, economics, or mathematics) and progress towards CFA and CIPM will be preferred.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships with peers.
  • Experience in analyzing investment portfolios or researching investment managers located outside India.
  • Preparing Investment Performance reports covering Asset Allocation, holdings, and Portfolio Performance.
  • Produce periodic portfolio performance reports for clients.
  • Compute returns (money weighted/time weighted) for clients.
  • Exposure to global capital markets and knowledge of various asset classes and investment strategies.
  • Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
