Job Description

Our organization is seeking a talented individual to join our investments team. This role will be based in Gurgaon and involves working closely with investment consultants to deliver comprehensive and accurate performance reports for pension clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for defined benefit, delegated solutions, and Mercer workplace saving clients
  • Analyze performance of different investment options and overall plans
  • Communicate with investment and custodians to gather and/or clarify client-specific data for reporting
  • Review the work of senior analysts/process developers/process champions and provide guidance
  • Produce quarterly manager commentary by assessing the performance of funds/investment strategies
  • Involved in team management as well as production support for high-level deliverables in investments
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience overall
  • Graduate (B.com, BBA or equivalent)
  • Master's degree in finance (in addition to accounting, economics, or mathematics) and progress towards CFA and CIPM preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in people management (leading a span of about 5-10 people)
  • Excellent Word, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience of managing key stakeholders or service providers
  • Strong exposure in knowledge and experience in managing operations, multiple processes, and their SLAs
