Job Overview

As a seasoned Oracle SCM expert, you will lead business analysis and requirements gathering with stakeholders. You will define scope, translate business objectives into functional requirements, and configure Oracle SCM applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis and requirements gathering with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into functional requirements and refine them into technical action items.
  • Configure Oracle SCM applications (Inventory, PDM, Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping, Transportation Management).
  • Conduct functional analysis, application gap analysis, and prepare design documentation.
  • Support business users by clarifying requirements for project teams and developers.
  • Validate feasibility of user requests against system capabilities and data structures.
  • Provide expert data analysis using SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Experience: 8-10 years as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality.
  • Deep knowledge of Inventory Management, Product Data Management (PDM), Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping & Transportation Management.
  • Hands-on experience with full lifecycle implementations (Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Demand & Supply Planning).
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and Oracle Cloud framework.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies.
