Job Overview :

We are hiring experienced Fusion SCM Functional Consultants for various roles ranging from Consultant to Lead positions. This opportunity is with Wipro and is open to candidates across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fusion SCM, especially in Manufacturing, Order Management, and Financial Modules, with hands-on implementation and support Responsibilities :

Provide functional support and implementation expertise in Fusion SCM modules, including :

a. Manufacturing (mandatory)

b. Order Management

c. Financials

- Work as a Functional Consultant with both offshore and onsite teams.

- Understand and gather business requirements and perform FIT-GAP analysis.

- Translate business needs into technical documentation for development teams.

- Participate in and contribute to all project phases, including :

a. Solution design

b. Functional specifications

c. Configuration documentation

d. SIT/UAT test scripts

e. Training materials

- Create and execute test scenarios in different testing environments.

- Actively support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Prepare and maintain clear and detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).

- Work independently to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM applications.

- Must have deep expertise in Manufacturing module (functional & domain knowledge).

- Good understanding of Order Management and Financials modules.

- Proven experience in Fusion application support and implementation for SCM.

- Strong documentation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables.

- Capable of explaining business requirements to technical teams clearly and effectively.

- Experience in preparing key project artifacts such as :

a. Solution designs

b. Test scripts

c. User training documents

d. Functional configuration Qualifications :

- Previous experience working with Wipro or large IT consulting firms.

- Exposure to working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

- Oracle certification in Fusion SCM is a plus.
