Job Description

The role of a Product Management Specialist involves collaborating with stakeholders to define and communicate the product roadmap. This requires prioritizing product features and initiatives that align with business objectives, as well as gathering and integrating customer feedback into product planning and development.

Responsibilities include supporting the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless process, and aligning cross-functional teams around the product vision and execution plan. Additionally, the specialist will prioritize features based on customer impact and business value, make trade-off decisions to balance customer needs with business goals, and work closely with business development to define feature requirements and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate Business requirements into Product technical requirements
  • Customer experience and feedback integration
  • Analytics for product performance tracking

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess at least 5-6 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, particularly in automotive product development with a focus on electric vehicles, including BMS and chargers. A strong understanding of customer needs and product design principles is also essential.

Additionally, applicants should have proven experience in fast-paced, growth-driven environments, excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach are also required.
