We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Middleware Solutions Manager to lead complex API and system integrations for our WealthTech platform. This critical leadership role ensures seamless integration of our core wealth management platform with external systems and services, driving business growth through efficient middleware-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise integration projects across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and secure rollouts.
  • Define project scope, milestones, and success metrics for middleware/API integrations, aligning with business objectives.
  • Coordinate middleware service requirements between developers and business teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Track and manage integration workstreams: real-time APIs, batch jobs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, SFTP, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Validate data contracts, mapping, and transformation rules, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure adherence to API security, data privacy, and operational risk standards, maintaining a high level of quality and reliability.
  • Document integration touchpoints, workflows, and SLAs, providing visibility and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in project/program management of API & middleware integrations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Mandatory: Experience in the wealth management / WealthTech / BFSI investment domain, with a deep understanding of financial data formats (FIX, OFX, JSON, XML).
  • Strong understanding of system integration techniques (APIs, message queues, SFTP), with expertise in API management tools (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway).
  • Familiarity with Node.js-based architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery skills.
