Role Description

We are seeking an experienced technical lead to spearhead our software development initiatives. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior engineers, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
Requirements
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java 8 or above, with strong knowledge of Angular 2+, Git, Docker, and SQL server.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on building high-volume customer-facing systems and microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud providers such as Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in software development, cloud computing, or DevOps.
Desirable Skills
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
  • Open-Source Contributions: Contributions to open-source projects or experience working with open-source ecosystems.
