Cloud Infrastructure Strategist

This role is focused on delivering cloud solutions to customers, involving technical discussions, solution design, and project management. It encompasses architecting and designing scalable solutions for large enterprises, as well as integrating cloud infrastructure seamlessly.

  • You'll solve complex challenges so your customers can focus on their business—this includes designing and implementing cloud-based systems that meet their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will own the customer relationship end-to-end — ensuring timely implementation, driving time-to-value, and being accountable for customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Responsibilities
  • Drive and/or take part in technical solutions discussions with customer teams.
  • Deliver product presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop long-term strategies to improve customer operations through data management tools and services, delivering continuous value to customers' businesses.
  • Educate and share best practices with internal stakeholders, presenting at events, writing content, and running workshops.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in cloud architecture and operations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and their relevant technologies in cloud environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in Technical Post Sales.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Highly effective interpersonal communication and customer service skills for success in a customer-facing role.
  • Account management and project management skills.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.
  • Frequent travel to customer sites may be required.
