Job Description:

This role plays a pivotal part in the sales process by managing the end-to-end lead generation pipeline. Responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers, setting up appointments for the sales team, and ensuring an efficient flow of leads through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
  • Proactively research and identify potential customers through various platforms, databases, and inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct initial outreach through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage leads.

Lead Qualification & Assessment:

  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes.
  • Ask probing questions to assess the viability of leads for the product or service offering.
  • Filter and prioritize leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring only high-potential leads move forward.

Appointment Setting & Lead Handoff:

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings between qualified leads and sales closers or account executives.
  • Ensure that leads are properly prepared and informed for the next stage of the sales process.
  • Maintain seamless communication between the sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned goals and a smooth handoff of leads.

Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building:

  • Nurture leads that are not immediately ready to convert, providing them with relevant information, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through consistent and value-driven communication.

CRM Management & Data Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in CRM systems.
  • Track lead progress and performance metrics, including conversion rates, response times, and pipeline status.
  • Use data insights to refine lead generation and qualification processes for continuous improvement.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams on lead quality, trends, and areas of opportunity.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs).

Performance Reporting & Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze lead management KPIs, such as lead conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on investment.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation performance and suggest areas for improvement in strategy and execution.
  • Continuously optimize the lead setting and qualification process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead management, sales support, or similar roles.

Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer journey stages.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with leads.

Proficiency with CRM software and lead management tools.

Ability to analyze data, track performance, and optimize processes.

Goal-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach to lead qualification and nurturing.

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Salary: Rs. 4,20,000 - 7,80,000 PA
