  • Conduct thorough financial and Fund audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
  • Evaluate the accuracy of financial records and ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop effective audit procedures based on risk factors.
  • Assess and recommend improvements to internal controls.
  • Document audit findings and prepare working papers.
  • Communicate audit results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with audit team members and other departments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards.

Qualifications:

  • CA or CA Inter with Article ship.
  • 1-2 years of Audit experience under a CA Firm.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
