Learning Content Specialist

Role Overview:
We seek innovative professionals to craft and deliver high-quality educational content for our online courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop industry-relevant curricula with guidance from senior faculty or programme directors.
- Teach and facilitate certificate programmes, focusing on engaging learning experiences.
- Grade assignments and provide timely feedback to students.
- Coordinate guest faculty to ensure programme quality in collaboration with senior faculty.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to reflect current practices in course content.
- Maintain expertise by staying current with emerging technologies and industry practices.
Key Competencies:
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and content to meet evolving industry standards and learner needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working across diverse teams.
- Passion for student success and commitment to providing high-quality training.
- Capacity to identify challenges and propose innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Technical expertise in AI, business analytics, GenAI, NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.
- Experience working with large-scale technology projects.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years industry experience.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills for online settings.
Desirable Additional Qualifications:
- Certification(s) in relevant technologies.
- Experience mentoring adult learners in certificate or continuing education programmes.
