Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to draft commercial agreements for various business entities, review and negotiate contracts, and provide advisory services to our business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting of commercial agreements for various business entities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Reviewing and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms for our organization.

  • Preparing summaries of critical clauses in executed contracts to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Providing advisory services to our business, finance, and operations teams on executed agreements, helping them navigate complex contract terminology.

  • Executing documentation for renewal, variation, and closure of existing business relationships, ensuring seamless transaction processes.

  • Undertaking research and preparing notes on legal points forming part of business transactions, enabling our teams to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

  • Maintaining accurate records of contracts and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex contracts and identify potential risks.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and counterparties.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
