The role of Accounting Support offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in practical accounting tasks and compliance processes. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in financial record-keeping, data entry, and reconciliations.
">Support the accounts team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records by performing data entry, reconciliations, and adjustments.
Assist in recording purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries using Tally Prime software.
Help in bank reconciliations and cross-checking ledger balances to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
Provide support in GST, TDS, and compliance documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper filing and organization of invoices, challans, and vouchers to ensure efficient access to financial information.
Prepare and update supporting schedules as directed by senior accountants to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Key Requirements:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
Familiarity with Tally Prime software and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn and develop skills.
Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.
