Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor delivery schedules, track shipments, and resolve any logistical complexities that arise.
  • Prepare performance reports on orders, client communication, and logistics metrics to optimize business outcomes.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics operations or client coordination role.
  • Proficient working knowledge of BUSY Software with hands-on experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and orders concurrently.
