Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Artificial Intelligence (AI) development team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI architecture and be able to work cross-functionally with multiple business units to understand their needs.

To succeed in this role, you must feel comfortable owning the entire AI development process from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing team of AI developers to deliver scalable and production-ready solutions.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research to determine the best AI models and solutions for integration into our ecosystem and existing products.
  • Proof of Concept: Develop and oversee proofs of concept (PoCs) to validate AI-driven capabilities and business value.
  • Mentorship and Training: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members across AI and software development functions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with our overall product vision and business strategy.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Drive recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of AI and engineering talent to build a high-performance team aligned with our organizational goals.
  • Technical Roadmap: Define the AI architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring seamless integration into cloud-based platforms and existing systems.
  • Feature Development: Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI feature development—from ideation, design, and prototyping to deployment and performance tuning.
  • MLOps Practices: Establish MLOps practices for continuous training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of AI models.
  • Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, ethical AI practices, and internal security standards.
