Job Opportunity:

We seek a highly skilled and innovative AI engineer to join our development team in building advanced AI capabilities for a Salesforce-based cloud product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-based features to enhance product capabilities, including predictive analytics and generative functionalities.
  • Develop and optimize AI models for key healthcare use cases, such as clinical decision support and patient engagement.
  • Integrate AI features with Salesforce, ensuring seamless functionality within the existing platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality implementations.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools and technologies to support the product's vision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including hands-on experience with generative AI models.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with Salesforce development and APIs.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity of healthcare domain preferred.
  • Experience with natural language processing and voice assistant technologies.
