Digital Content Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Manager to develop and implement our online content strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing digital channels, capable of engaging with users, resolving queries, and leveraging analytics to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement online content strategies to engage and retain audiences.
  • Manage and schedule digital content across social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Answer calls and/or address user comments/queries across digital channels to resolve and troubleshoot concerns.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments, along with actions taken.
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on digital channels using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to recommend improvements for increased digital performance.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional knowledge of leading digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing ads.
  • Sound knowledge of influencer marketing.
  • Basic customer service skills.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Good written, verbal communication, and editing skills.
