We are seeking a skilled and innovative Influencer Marketing professional to spearhead our influencer marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone with up to 3 years of experience who is passionate about the intersection of marketing and social media.Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Partnerships: Develop, manage, and execute influencer marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, fostering meaningful relationships with influencers and driving brand awareness.
  • Influencer Sourcing: Build and maintain a diverse network of influencers that align with our target audience and values, ensuring a strong foundation for successful partnerships.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that support product launches and brand awareness initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate and oversee influencer relationships, including negotiation, briefing, content review, and performance tracking, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Trend Identification: Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends and platform changes, applying this knowledge to drive innovative campaign ideas and strategies.
  • Content & Creative Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and aesthetics, elevating the brand's visual identity and voice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Influencer Network: Strong existing database of influencers across various industries and social media platforms, enabling seamless partnership development.
  • Experience: Proven track record of executing influencer marketing campaigns with successful results, demonstrating expertise in strategy development and campaign execution.
  • Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices for influencer collaborations, ensuring effective campaign deployment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights for future optimization.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail, ensuring timely and efficient campaign execution.
  • Creativity & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple influencer relationships, building strong partnerships and driving campaign success.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and capable of working cross-functionally with the content, creative, and marketing teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and achieving common goals.
  • Proactive: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive new ideas forward, continuously improving processes and strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
