Job Title: Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Experience Designer to lead the design, innovation, and quality assurance of resort experiences across our network.

This role requires a strong business acumen and creative vision, as well as high cultural sensitivity and operational discipline. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in multi-property experience design and excellent communication and decision-making skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, mentoring Curators, and delivering scalable yet culturally distinctive experiences that elevate guest delight and brand equity.

The key responsibilities of this role include leading audits and setting benchmarks for safety and service, acting on guest feedback and NPS insights, and reporting quality metrics to senior leadership.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a passion for creating unique experiences, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and possess flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
