Job Title: Data Warehouse Engineer

Overview:

Cvent, a leading meetings and events technology provider, seeks an experienced Data Warehouse Engineer to design, develop, and optimize data transformation processes using Snowflake. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize data transformation processes using Snowflake.
  • Implement complex queries and data transformations using SQL scripting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Develop, test, and deploy data models and transformations using dbt Cloud.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate workflows.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and performance across all solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in data transformation and SQL scripting.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Experience in cloud data warehousing and business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in dbt Cloud and developing data models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
