Hardware Design Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hardware design and experience working with complex HDI board designs.

As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative hardware solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that your designs are integrated seamlessly into our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex HDI board designs using Cadence Allegro/Altium EDA tools
  • Collaborate with firmware and software teams to integrate your designs into our products
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware design engineering, preferably with server platforms and ATX-based complex HDI board designs
  • Strong foundation in digital, analog, and power electronic circuits
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python and Perl
