Project Lead Position

 

As a Project Lead, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, assuming full ownership and responsibility. You will engage with clients, keeping them informed of all updates, including upcoming, ongoing, and completed activities.

 

  • Coordinate with resources agencies to assign the right personnel for timely completion of tasks.
  • Foster teamwork and facilitate communication between all project stakeholders.
  • Establish formal reporting arrangements to track project progress through Weekly Progress Reports.
  • Build professional relationships with professionals, vendors, and clients while directing the installation team to execute work safely according to design plans.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure high standards of execution and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Technology (Civil/Architecture) degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
  • Alternatively, a combination of Bachelor of Technology (Civil/Architecture) and Master of Business Administration from RICS or NICMAR is acceptable.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executing Corporate/Residential interior fitout projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to break down complex ideas efficiently.
  • Proficiency in basic project management principles and AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills for effective engagement with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership.
