Job Title: Data Analyst

As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be accountable for delivering accurate and timely statistical results. They will build and present sound models using current standard programs, translating client needs into project plans, and developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accuracy: Ensure the delivery of all statistical deliverables is accurate and on time.
  • Model Development: Independently develop and present statistically sound models using current standard programs.
  • Project Execution: Conduct small to medium-scale projects through all stages: concept formulation, definition of metrics, determination of appropriate statistical methodology, research evaluation, and final research report.
  • Consultation: Consult and explain complex statistical ideas to internal clients.
  • Data Management: Translate client needs into project plans and manage project deadlines.
  • Training: Lead statistical training on standard models to other departments.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in statistics/economics
  • 0-2 years prior experience with data analysis or modeling with large transactional databases
  • Good exposure in statistical/data analytics field
  • Experience/project in python/SAS environment is desired
