Chief Development Officer

The Head of Fundraising will be accountable for developing a comprehensive fundraising plan, building relationships with key stakeholders, and securing revenue to support the organization's philanthropic efforts.
This role requires a driven and empathetic leader who can work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fundraising strategies, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Develop and implement an annual fundraising plan, setting clear objectives and targets to drive growth and success.
- Built relationships with key supporters, including high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other relevant entities.
- Create a diverse portfolio approach to fundraising, ensuring effort and target distribution across different types of sources.
We are seeking an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record of success in securing significant donations. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's degree in business, social sciences, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Experience working with social or development sector organizations would be highly valued.
