Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with expertise in SAP PM to join our team as an SAP PM Expert.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of the ARMP solution in the Long Segment using a Project Management approach along with a technical approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transformation steps of projects: initial demand collection, books of requirements, eventual Request for Proposal, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, project committees, steering committees, subcontractors' management etc.
  • Contribute to strategy of the PM Domain, participate in 5-year plan including architecture concepts and assess transformations handled are in phase with current strategy.
  • Manage run and maintain activity, contribute to incidents management and progressive maintenance management in the domain.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BE / BTech/ Any Master's Degree
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in similar position
  • Experience/knowledge of general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage
  • SAP customizing in SAP PM module. ABAP skills are a plus (Debugging).
  • Deep Business processes knowledge of Plant Maintenance activity. A business experience in area is a plus.
  • Good ability to communicate at various levels. Ability to train other people. Synthesis spirit. Autonomous.
  • Business Process Modelling.
  • Ability and experience in managing small teams in project mode.
